Peter Hall will make his Off Broadway debut directing “Troilus and Cressida” at the Theater for a New Audience.
Shakespeare’s rarely performed tragedy begins performances April 3 and opens April 12. On Broadway, Hall last directed the 1999-2000 revival of “Amadeus.”
Also in the New Audience’s 22nd season, Robert Woodruff will direct a revival of Edward Bond’s “Saved,” last seen in New York under the direction of Alan Schneider. The political drama begins previews Feb. 10 and opens March 1.
