NEW YORK — John Leguizamo has joined Martin Lawrence and Danny DeVito in the Sam Weisman-directed MGM comedy “What’s the Worst That Can Happen.”
The film, based on Donald Westlake’s caper novel, is the story of a billionaire (DeVito) who catches a thief (Lawrence) attempting to rob his home. The billionaire takes the thief’s lucky ring, which the crook tries to retrieve.
Leguizamo just completed “Moulin Rouge” for Fox and director Baz Luhrmann, playing Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.
