‘Full’ house has Phifer, Carroll in hand

Budweiser ad creator Stone to direct

Mekhi Phifer and Kevin Carroll are starring in the Dimension Films drama “Paid in Full,” the feature writing and directing debut of Charles Stone III.

Now in production, “Paid in Full” is based on the true story of a young man from Harlem who was forced to cope with the 1980s drug scene and built an illegal empire, only to have a crisis of conscience.

Ron Rotholz (“Black and White”), Brett Ratner, Damon Dash and Lisa Niedenthal (“Rated X”) are producing the pic.

Stone made a name for himself as the creator and star of Budweiser’s “Whassup!” ad campaign.

Phifer stars in Dimension’s upcoming “O,” and was in “Shaft.” He is repped by the William Morris Agency and by manager Emily Gerson Saines at Gerson Saines Management.

Carroll, who has appeared in “Jesus’ Son,” “Being John Malkovich” and “The Object of My Affection,” is repped by Paradigm and managed by Stacy Abrams and Linne Radmin of the Radmin Co.
