Selma Blair (“Cruel Intentions”) is in final negotiations to star in New Line Cinema’s untitled Todd Solodnz pic, slated to start lensing in late July.
Project is being overseen by New Line Prods. prexy and chief operating officer Michael De Luca along with Gotham-based Amy Henkels. Producers are Killer Films’ Christine Vachon and Good Machine’s Ted Hope.
Blair is up for two MTV Awards this weekend for her performance in “Cruel Intentions.” She will be seen this fall starring in “A Leonard Cohen Afterworld” for New Line and just wrapped a starring role in “Take My Life.”
Blair was repped in the deal by Basic Entertainment and UTA.
