ROME — Sales outfit Greenlight Intl. will premiere its feature-length documentary “Giorgio Armani: A Man for All Seasons” at Mifed next week.
A co-production of Germany’s Greenlight Media and Brit companies Maximum Marquee and LWT, the recently completed film was produced and directed by Julian Ozanne, with Katrin Matthiasdottir and Francoise von Roy co-producing. In addition to the complete 75-minute version, Greenlight is also selling a 50-minute TV edit of the docu.
An intimate portrait of a year in the life of Armani, the English- and Italian-language film follows the designer from New York to Milan to Paris to London as he celebrates the house of Armani’s 25th anniversary and prepares for a major retrospective at New York’s Guggenheim Museum.
