Warner Bros.’ signature Web site Entertaindom.com has fired up “The Seat Fillers,” a series promoting the little-known workers of the Oscars.
Aimed at auds hungry for behind-the-scenes dirt after watching Sunday’s kudocast, “Seat Fillers” follows a band of misfits who wreak havoc while excitedly working at awards shows.
Fiasco Films’ Boaz Halaban, Tamir Halaban and Paul Beauvais directed and produced the show, a follow-up to the team’s spoof “Scream 33 1/3,” which is currently available on Entertaindom.
“Not just anybody can be a seat filler,” explained Tamir Halaban. “You have to study body language and read a movie star’s bladder situation. You also can’t be too territorial with the armrest.”
