NBC launched Monday a Web site dedicated to providing programming information, demo data and NBC-audience analyses to help advertisers plan their Peacock media buys.
With a format similar to NBC’s MediaVillage, NBCMarketplace.com will be available without charge to registered advertisers. Visitors can access extensive program information related to any chosen daypart and demographic combination.
“NBCMarketplace.com is the first network television web resource that will allow advertisers to have detailed program and research information at their fingertips,” said NBC senior VP of sales development and marketing Jay Linden. “We believe this source will empower the advertising community and will enhance the services provided by the NBC ad sales and marketing teams.”
Plans are under way to expand the site’s programming and marketing content to include data on NBC’s O&Os, and CNBC, MSNBC and NBC’s cable properties by the end of summer
