Song-swapping service Napster.com was down for a few hours Wednesday due to technical difficulties, not judges’ orders. It was back up and running by mid-morning. Attorneys for Napster and the RIAA presented oral arguments Monday in front of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco. The judges are currently reviewing the lower court’s injunction against Napster that would shut down the service. Napster currently has more than 32 million members.
