Tech analysis firm the Gartner Group has released a report showing that Napster is banned on 34% of college campuses and examining the possibility that one of the schools that still allows the music sharing service may be singled out as a legal example.

Among those who still allow Napster are UCLA and UC Berkeley. USC and Northwestern U. have banned the service.
