Former VH-1 exec named sr. VP/g.m. of tune site

The MTVi Group has tapped former VH1.com exec Fred Graver to run its popular Sonicnet.com music site.

Graver’s new title will be senior vice president and general manager of Sonicnet, which offers Internet radio, music news, reviews and online community services.

Graver was most recently senior VP at VH1.com, and has also worked as an executive producer at Disney and ABC Cable. Prior to that, he wrote for “Cheers,” “In Living Color” and “Late Night” with David Letterman, where he won three Emmys.
