Cyberbiz Brief

Digital Creative Development Corp. has inked a distribution deal with Netcaster, home to “Behind the Music that Sucks,” which in one episode features an animated version of crooner Tom Jones getting sweaty with a sheep. The celebrity-slamming spoof recently bowed offline on the USA Networks as well.

Under the agreement, DC2 will provide Heavy with content, primarily from their recently acquired production studio Eyecandy, which has been redubbed China 1. DC2 will also provide Heavy with financial, managerial and production services. In return, the company will have access to Heavy’s distribution network that, according to the company, reaches 135 million Internet users.
