Production companies Euphon and Sitcom are launching two thematic digital TV channels and will soon list on the stock exchange.
Euphon has inked a deal with art auction house Finarte to develop a TV channel dedicated to the art business, which will be distributed via satellite and cable. The company will go public in July.
Separately, Sitcom Group said it will launch Leonardo, a channel and Web site fully dedicated to Italian fashion and design, which will be distributed free in Europe and later in the U.S. The group will go public in the fall.
