Morehouse back at Tribune

New position senior vp of ad sales

Syndie ad sales guru Clark Morehouse, who built Tribune Entertainment’s ad sales staff about a decade ago, is returning to Tribune as senior VP of ad sales.

Morehouse, who starts this week and reports to Tribune Entertainment prexy-CEO Dick Askin, most recently served as VP of sales for New York-based Microcast.

In his new post, Morehouse will oversee all advertiser sales activity for Tribune Entertainment’s programming, which includes this year’s syndie breakout action/adventure hour “Gene Roddenberry’s Andromeda.”

Before his work at Microcast, Morehouse served as exec VP of sales for Channel One Network from 1997-99. From 1993-97 he was senior VP of ad sales for Warner Bros. Domestic TV Distribution and Media Sales.

Morehouse previously served at Tribune from 1984-93.
