Literary manager Simon Millar, who recently left music management startup the Firm, has dropped anchor at Artists Management Group.
Millar joins AMG with a crop of young clients in tow, including Michael Lange (“Angel”) and Kevin Allen (“The Big Tease”).
“Simon has a real ability to discover some of today’s youngest and edgiest writers and directors,” said AMG manager Stephanie Davis. “His understanding of the current film market makes him a valuable asset.”
During his tenure at the Firm, Millar — who was one of the founding managers of Propaganda Management — spearheaded the Internet “comic book” alliance between Stan Lee Media and songsters the Backstreet Boys.
