International Creative Management’s Evan Tripoli has been upped to the post of talent agent in the company’s motion picture division. The former agent trainee, who has been with ICM since 1996, spent nearly three years training at agent Ed Limato’s desk.
“Evan has been a disciplined, gifted and tireless trainee at ICM,” says Eddy Yablans, senior VP and head of motion picture talent for the agency. “I’m sure that these qualities, as well as the excellent relationships he’s built at the agency and with our clients, will give him a strong start as an agent.”
Prior to his tenure at ICM, Tripoli held various posts at Sony Pictures Entertainment, including a stint in SPE’s international theatrical publicity and promotion division. He began his career as an assistant at Susan Smith & Associates, a Los Angeles-based talent agency.
