AMSTERDAM — The Dutch justice department has dropped its case against an Italian TV crew detained in Rotterdam during the Euro 2000 soccer championships. The incident occurred after a crew from state broadcaster RAI tried to film alleged Dutch mistreatment of disabled fans. Dutch TV showed the crew being roughed up by police. Dutch authorities claimed the crew ignored an order to stop filming.
