WASHINGTON — Two VPs have been upped at the National Cable Television Assn.
Pamela Turner, VP of government relations, and Daniel Brenner, VP for law and regulatory policy, were promoted to senior VPs, NCTA President Robert Sachs announced.
Turner joined the NCTA in 1989, coming from the White House, where she was deputy assistant to the president for legislative affairs from 1982 to ’88. Before that she worked for Sen. John Tower and Rep. Edward Gurney.
Brenner joined NCTA in 1992 after serving as director of the communications law program and faculty member at UCLA Law School. He also was senior legal advisor to former FCC chairman Mark Fowler from 1981 to ’86.
