Cabler to launch Thursday movie night

TNN has acquired 38 movies from Warner Bros. Pay-TV, Cable & Network Features to prepare for the cabler’s launch of its Thursday movie night on Sept. 30.

The package includes theatrical films such as “Honkytonk Man,” “Hooper” and “Zandy’s Bride” and made-fors, including three movies based on the “Dallas” TV series and Turner Television’s “Montana,” “Good Old Boys” and “Belle Star.”
