Columbia TriStar Television Distribution announced three key executive appointments in its research department Tuesday.
Andy Teach has been upped to veep of network & cable research. He will oversee ratings analysis and programming research for all Columbia TriStar TV programming on network TV as well as CTTD’s product line on basic and pay cable networks. He will continue to report to Doug Roth, senior veep of television research.
Teach will also be responsible for creating research support for cable and off-net program sales, and he’ll prepare network renewal pitches and conduct primary testing of pilots and series.
He was executive director, network and cable research.
Dominik Leconte has been tapped as manager, network research. He will manage CTTD’s network research and report to Teach.
He was senior research analyst of network and cable.
Finally, Colyn Scott has been upped to manager, research operations for the division, and will report to Roth.
The former systems administrator/graphics coordinator of research, she will manage the television research computer system. She will also develop and manage the TV research intranet site as well as coordinate with outside vendors in the continual upgrading of research applications.
