WFM to rep Atlas in Nordic territories

First major deal for company launched in '98

AMSTERDAM — Swedish distribution company WFM has inked a long-term agreement with German production and distribution company Atlas Intl. Film to represent Atlas across all five Nordic territories.

It is the first major deal WFM has struck since longtime Nordisk Film sales executive Michael Werner launched the company in late 1998.

Recent Atlas titles include Doris Dorrie’s “Bin Ich Schon” (Am I Beautiful) and miniseries/TV movie “Opera Ball.”

Also in the package are upcoming TV movie thriller “The Red Phone” with a special appearance from Christopher Reeve, and big-budget action pic “Kerosene.”
