Farrelly pic taps Klein, Graham

Say it is so.

Chris Klein (“American Pie”) is set and Heather Graham (“Bowfinger”) is in final negotiations to topline 20th Century Fox’s “Say It Isn’t So,” the comedy from producers Peter and Bobby Farrelly.

Pic, to be helmed by first-time director James B. Rogers, is slated to begin lensing in late February.

Penned by Peter Gaulke and Gerry Swallow, project will be produced by the Farrellys and Bradley Thomas under their Fox-based Conundrum Entertainment banner.

The comedy centers on a down-on-his-luck, lifelong bachelor (Klein) who finally finds the love of his life, only to discover (erroneously) that the woman (Graham) is his sister.

Graham most recently appeared in “Bowfinger” and “Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me.” Klein made his feature debut in “Election” earlier this year, which preceded his turn in the comedy hit “American Pie.”

Klein is repped by the William Morris Agency.
