WBDTD ups 4 sales vets

Veteran execs picked for VP posts

Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution has pinned senior VP stripes on four veteran sales execs.

Mark O’Brien, a syndie salesman for WBDTD’s predecessor company Lorimar-Telepictures since 1985, oversees western region sales from the studio’s Burbank HQ.

Jeff Hufford, a 14-year WB vet, covers the central region from Chicago, along with Mark Robbins, who first joined Telepictures in 1981. Andrew Weir, who signed on with Lorimar-Telepictures in 1987, supervises East Coast sales.

“These are truly well-deserved promotions,” WBDTD prexy Dick Robertson said. “Mark, Jeff, Andy and Mark are our ‘go-to’ guys, and their efforts and contributions over the years have been key to our continued success.”
