NEW YORK — USA Broadcasting has upped Helen Rosenberg from VP and controller to chief financial officer, the company has announced.
Reporting to chief operating officer Rick Feldman, Rosenberg will have responsibility for all financial matters for the television broadcast group.
“As USA Broadcasting continues to introduce our group of local television stations, we need leaders such as Helen Rosenberg who can think strategically about maximizing the value of these stations,” Feldman said. “She has a proven track record for delivering results and identifying opportunities that spur growth.”
Rosenberg joined USA Broadcasting in 1996 upon the group’s acquisition of Savoy Pictures, where she had been assistant controller. Before that, she served as director of financial reporting at Warner Bros. and as an auditor at Ernst & Young.
