Gallagher to be Filmmaker publisher

NEW YORK — The Independent Feature Project’s Filmmaker magazine has found a new publisher in former managing editor Stephen Gallagher.

Gallagher replaces Karol Martesko, now a senior VP at Rising Tide Studios. Before joining the indie-focused quarterly in 1993, Gallagher worked as a media curator and festival director.
