A&E Television has named David Zagin as senior VP of affiliate sales. In his new post, Zagin will oversee all domestic and local sales activities for A&E, the History Channel, the Biography Channel and History Channel Intl.
Prior to joining A&E, Zagin was VP of affiliate sales, local sales and alternate technology at NBC Cable, where he oversaw the distribution of CNBC and MSNBC. Before that, Zagin was regional VP of affiliate sales for FX Networks and worked in the affiliate sales and marketing departments at MTV Networks.

King World has upped Rich Cervini to VP of production and technical operations, where he will oversee production and technical operations for KW-produced programming.
Cervini has been with the company since 1996. He most recently served as director of production and technical operations. During his tenure at King World, Cervini initiated the transition of all KW shows to digital, developing Web sites and streamlining the company’s satellite distribution system.

NewsNet Central Networks has tapped Victoria Lynn Quoss as senior VP of distribution and Estie Todtman as VP and director of sales planning.
In her newly created post, Quoss will supervise all of NewsNet’s North American distribution efforts.
Previously, Quoss was senior VP of program and affiliate relations for Fox Sports. Prior to Fox Sports, she was senior VP of network distribution at Fox Broadcasting.
As VP and director of sales planning, Todtman will oversee advertising sales and marketing, monitor ongoing trends and act as a client liaison on behalf of NewsNet.
Formerly, Todtman was president of National Television Services, consulting clients such as NBC, the WB and UPN, on advertising, sales and marketing.
