Clear clears deal for radio stations

Company's radio group totals 511 stations

NEW YORK — Clear Channel Communications said Monday it has agreed to buy 10 radio stations in Washington state and North Dakota.

Financial terms of the deals were not released.

Clear Channel, one of the biggest radio and outdoor advertising companies in the U.S., will buy five stations in Yakima, Wash., from T&J Broadcasting and another five in Grand Forks, N. D., from Iowa City Broadcasting.

The agreement brings Clear Channel’s radio group to 511 stations.
