WASHINGTON — Developing the broadcasting careers of women and minorities is the goal of a new mentor program established by the Foundation of American Women in Radio and Television.

Developed in collaboration with the Emma L. Bowen Foundation for Minority Interests in Media and the CBS Foundation, the initiative establishes guidelines for mentor relationships.
