Roman, Fox pact for ‘Family Guy’

Animation house inks to produce 13 segs of comedy

Animation house Film Roman has inked a deal with 20th Century Fox TV to produce 13 segs of the new Fox comedy series “Family Guy.”

Film Roman already handles animation production for Fox’s primetime skeins “The Simpsons” and “King of the Hill,” as well as a number of series for the Fox Kids Network. Deal for “Family Guy” was unveiled Friday by Film Roman CEO David Pritchard.

“Family Guy” will be exec produced by series creator Seth MacFarlane and David Zuckerman.
