The Golf Channel will premiere its biggest original production, a two-hour documentary of golf legend Arnold Palmer, on Oct. 28 at 9 p.m.
“Arnold Palmer: Golf’s Heart and Soul,” will feature interviews with Palmer and his family, as well as archival film footage.
Palmer is chairman of the Golf Channel and owns a small piece of the cable channel.
The Arnold Palmer doc is the Golf Channel’s first two-hour original production. The network, now available in 18.2 million homes, has produced several one-hour originals, such as “Women in Golf: Finding the Fairway.”
