Radio personality Joyner to host NAB show

Motown's Robinson to close event

WASHINGTON — ABC Radio Networks’ Tom Joyner will serve as emcee for the NAB Radio Show in Seattle (Oct. 14-17), which closes with the smooth sounds of Motown great Smokey Robinson.

Robinson will headline the convention’s closing event, the NAB Marconi Radio Awards, which recognize stations and personalities in radio. The Marconis feature 20 awards, including Network Syndicated Personality of the Year and Legendary Station of the Year.
