Reedus rises with ‘Saints’

Swayze to co-star

NEW YORK — Norman Reedus has landed the lead opposite Stephen Dorff in “Boondock Saints,” the Troy Duffy-written and -directed drama about two brothers who go on a murder spree against Russian mobsters. Patrick Swayze also stars.

Reedus, who has appeared in such films as “Mimic” and a string of indie pics, just landed a supporting role in the Joel Schumacher-directed drama “8 Millimeter” and a starring role in the indie film “Let the Devil Wear Black,” an ensemble film to be directed by Stacey Title.

Reedus is repped by ICM, Goldstone Management and Armstrong Hirsh.
