Michael W. Hoffman dies at 52

Film and TV costume supervisor

Michael W. Hoffman, a costume supervisor for 30 years, died Feb. 9 of lung cancer in Los Angeles. He was 52.

Hoffman worked on such films as “Presidio,” “Running Scared” and “Pretty in Pink.”

He also worked on the TV programs “JAG,” “Miracle on Ice” and “Seven Brides for Seven Brothers,” among others.

He is survived by two sisters and a brother.
