LONDON — U.K. sales outfit IAC Film and Television has signed a two-year output deal for all its feature films and telepics with Italy’s Triumph Distribution. The two companies also are in “advanced negotiations” for Triumph to co-produce IAC’s Ewan McGregor-starrer “Nora.”
The distribution deal covers pics such as drama “To Walk with Lions,” starring Richard Harris and Kerry Fox; “Alice Through the Looking-Glass,” which is to be directed by John Henderson; and four TV movies produced by the BBC.
The Pat Murphy-directed “Nora” charts the romance between James Joyce and his lover/muse Nora Barnacle.
In a separate move, IAC principal Guy Collins has appointed the company’s head of marketing Justine Vaughn to its board of directors.
