Viacom won’t join U.K. bundling suit

Conglom waiting for 'test cases'

LONDON — Viacom will not join Universal, Discovery and pay TV programmer Flextech in seeking a judicial review of new regulations dismantling the practice of bundling cable and satellite TV channels in the U.K. (Daily Variety, Aug. 12).
