Kobliska tapped to lead studio marketing division

Pittard Sullivan, a graphic design and marketing communications company, has launched a new studio marketing division to be headed by Andrew Kobliska. Pittard Sullivan prez Ed Sullivan made the announcement.

“Pittard Sullivan has an excellent track record in the creation and implementation of television and theatrical main titles, as well as with identity packages, promotional campaigns and network branding packages. We are now prepared to take these talents one step further with our new division,” said Kobliska.

Prior to joining Pittard Sullivan, Kobliska launched the now-defunct Los Angeles-based SMOG, a design boutique specializing in animation and motion graphics for TV commercials, broadcast TV programs and movie trailers. Clients included Coca-Cola, Fuji Film, MasterCard and Nike. In addition, he was a writer-producer for Craig Murray Prods. on Buena Vista trailers for “The Mighty Ducks” and “The Muppets Christmas Carol,” and served as writer-producer for the Fox network’s on-air promotions for “Married … With Children,” “The Simpsons” and “Herman’s Head.”

Kobliska will work directly with Rod Cartier, Pittard Sullivan’s head of marketing and sales.
