Lewis is live again at Teen

Editor-at-large will o'see celebrity coverage for mag

NEW YORK — There’s life after Live! magazine for Thomasine (Tommi) Lewis, who moves from the just defunct Ticketmaster pub to Petersen pub Teen magazine as editor-at-large, a new position. Lewis will report to Teen editor-in-chief Roxanne Camron in the magazine’s L.A. office and will be responsible for overseeing celebrity coverage.

The expected shuttering of Live!, which reportedly has lost about $15 million since its February 1996 launch, was announced by publisher Carole Ference on Aug. 4 and came after Ticketmaster was fully acquired by USA Networks, which is controlled by media mogul Barry Diller, earlier this year.

Prior to Live!, Lewis, 38, was editor-in-chief of Sassy following Petersen’s purchase of the teen pub in 1994 (it was merged into Teen last year).
