Prez expects 300% growth for '98

DENVER — Hallmark Entertainment Network (HEN) plans to forge the network’s global broadcast alliances with the opening of offices in Miami and Manila.

President George Stein said that the 24-hour family net expected the move would assist its increasing international presence. He said HEN expected nearly 300% growth for its channel in 1998.

HEN has more than 3 million subscribers in Asia and Latin America and more than 5 million network subscribers in other parts of the globe.
