CBS is in talks with former VH1 production and original programming VP Jack Sussman to take over Terry Botwick’s old job as head of specials. Botwick was recently promoted to a position overseeing specials and current programming, although he and the network have not yet decided on a new title. If a deal is struck with Sussman, he will report to Botwick in his new post. In addition his stint at VH1, Sussman worked at CNN, and he was VP and head of programming at MTV Networks, Latin America. Sussman currently is working as managing director on the Latin American movie channel run by Universal, Paramount, MGM and Fox called Cinecanal.
