TV research group expanding parameters
TV research firm ASI Entertainment is going bicoastal with the opening of a New York office to be headed by veteran researcher Rich Feldman.
ASI, one of the industry’s leading program research firms, has a well-established testing and research facility in North Hollywood. Its parent company, Media Advisors Intl., recently branched out into the European market with the acquisition of London-based firms TV Strategy Group and Broadcast Research.
“The New York office is a vital link in (ASI’s) strategy to better serve clients in an increasingly decentralized media industry,” said William Taylor, prexy and CEO of Media Advisors.
Feldman comes to ASI after serving as senior veepee of Norman Hecht Research. He also spent seven years in various posts with NBC.
