The WB Network’s “The Jamie Foxx Show” will move from Wednesday to Sunday next month when the netlet rolls out its new fall lineup.
“Jamie Foxx,” which averaged a 3.3 household rating and 5 share in its freshman season, will trade its Wednesday 9 p.m. slot for 8 p.m. Sunday when the WB’s new Sunday lineup premieres Sept. 7. The WB’s new high-profile sitcoms with Tom Arnold (“The Tom Show”) and Carol Leifer (“Alright Already”) won’t face any comedy competition from other networks in the Sunday 9-10 p.m. hour, but they will go up against Fox’s “The X-Files.”
The WB’s Wednesday roster bows Sept. 10, with “The Steve Harvey Show” moving from its Sunday 8 p.m. timeslot to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday. The WB’s Monday schedule stays intact with the Sept. 15 season premieres of dramas “7th Heaven” and “Buffy the Vampire Slayer.”
