William Stauffer has been named chief financial officer of kidvid distributor Bohbot Entertainment. Stauffer comes to Bohbot after stints with Proginet Corp., Handler Textile Corp. and accounting giant Ernst & Young.

Larry Dieckhaus has joined John Iltis Associates as VP and executive assistant to company prexy John Iltis. Dieckhaus spent the past decade as exec producer on the “Siskel & Ebert” crix show.

Talkshow veteran Joey Ford has been named director of Paramount Domestic TV’s “The Maury Povich Show.” Ford, who most recently was director of ABC’s “Caryl & Marilyn: Real Friends,” has served stints as director for “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” “The Bradshaw Difference,” “Rolonda” and “The Bertice Berry Show.”

HBO has given a six-episode renewal to its half-hour adult animated series “Todd McFarlane’s Spawn,” which premiered in May. Show is based on the popular comic book series of the same name. Keith David and Richard Dysart return as key voices.

Marty Iker has joined Tri-Crown Prods. as president and creative director of the newly formed Tri-Crown Creative Group. Iker spent the past nine years as VP of corporate marketing and advertising services at Warner Bros.
