Lamattina ankles CEO post

Larry Lamattina is ankling his post as president and CEO of All American/Fremantle Television Group following the buyout last month of All American by British media conglom Pearson.

Lamattina, who will depart at the end of the month, joined All American in August 1994 as prexy and CEO, overseeing the syndicator’s domestic and international operations. Pearson Television acquired All American last month in a $515 million stock swap deal.

Pearson Television, headed by CEO Greg Dyke, plans to consolidate its U.S. production and distribution entities under the new Pearson All American banner.
