Sherilyn Fenn, whose credits include “Three of Hearts” and “Of Mice and Men,” has signed with ICM, to be repped by Nick Styne and Steve Dontanville. Fenn, who was nominated for an Emmy for “Twin Peaks,” had been at UTA.

Alison Band, an agent at William Morris, has left to join UTA.

Marisa Tomei has parted ways with the William Morris Agency. No reason was given for the departure.

Todd Noonan has joined ICM’s New York office as a motion picture and TV talent agent. Noonan had been an agent at the DGRW Agency.

Writer-director Daniel Taplitz has signed with Major Clients Agency, to be repped by Ross Fineman. He wrote and directed the upcoming “Commandments,” which stars Aidan Quinn, Courteney Cox and Anthony LaPaglia. Other credits include the cablers “Black Magic” and “Nightlife.” He had been at CAA.
