Show draws out suspect

Credit Fox’s “America’s Most Wanted” with helping to unravel the bizarre murder of Silent Movie Theater owner Laurence Austin. “AMW” sketch artist Jean Boylan, who was brought in to help on the case, drew the sketch that helped a witness identify suspect Christian Rodriguez, who will be charged with shooting Austin.

Rodriguez, the Los Angeles Police Dept. alleges, was part of a plot by Austin’s projectionist-roommate James Van Sickle.

To date, “AMW” says it has been credited with the capture of 453 fugitives.
