Diane Nelson has been named director of worldwide corporate promotions at Warner Bros., joining the studio after working at Walt Disney Records.

Nelson will work with Robert Schneider, senior VP of worldwide corporate promotions. They will work to create alliances with outside promotional partners, and to link marketing activities across divisions.

At Disney Records, Nelson was director of national promotions, working on such projects as the soundtrack and product line for “The Hunchback of Notre Dame.” She also has worked at the advertising firm of Foote, Cone & Belding
