'Rangers' gets powerful rollout

Saban is planning a high-profile Latino rollout for its new series “Power Rangers ZEO,” which preemed in Mexico on Televisa’s Channel 5 last month.

Saban has also sold the 50-episode series to Globo in Brazil, TVN in Chile and cable channel Magic Kids in Argentina.

The Power Rangers will take part in a Kids Day Parade in Mexico City on April 27, along with stars from local kiddie shows, Mexican pop groups and soccer teams. The parade will be broadcast live by Televisa, which is also one of its sponsors.
