Klubeck joins Morgan Creek

Richard Klubeck has joined Morgan Creek Prods. as vice president of business affairs and general counsel.

Klubeck will be responsible for all aspects of business affairs, and will be involved in various corporate activities and transactions at the Warner Bros.-based company.

He succeeds George Davis, who departed to go into private practice.

Klubeck had been at Castle Rock Entertainment for the past three years, serving as VP of business and legal affairs. The company was acquired by Time Warner in its merger with Turner last year.

“His strong expertise in the entertainment and legal field will be a great asset to all of us at Morgan Creek,” com-pany vice chairman and chief operating officer Gary Barber said in a statement.

Before Castle Rock, Klubeck was a member of Loeb and Loeb’s entertainment department, and O’Melveny & My-ers’ corporate department.
