Twentieth TV has sold its new Terry Bradshaw strip “Home Team” to the 22 Fox Television Stations, reaching 40% of the country, for debut this fall.

“Home Team” is an hour talk-variety show co-owned by Twentieth, C3 and Planet Hollywood. “Home Team” is one of only a handful of syndie strips going into NATPE with clearances in all the top markets, and the sale to the Fox group means that the series will likely get launched.

“Home Team” is the first project from C3 and the first new firstrun strip from Twentieth TV since Rick Jacobson took over as president and chief operating officer at the company.

Stations that will air the strip in daytime, most likely mornings, include WNYW New York, KTTV Los Angeles, WFLD Chicago, WTXF Philadelphia, WFXT Boston, WTTG Washington and KRIV Houston, among others. “Home Team” is being sold for cash plus 3-1/2 minutes of barter ad time, and Twentieth is targeting daytime and early fringe slots.
