Comedian Jamie Foxx has been cast to star in “Unleashed” for Fox Family Films.

Foxx — who stars and co-produces his eponymous show on the WB netlet and co-stars in Columbia’s “Booty Call,” which premiered Tuesday night — will exec-produce along with manager Jamie King.

David Kirschner, who brought the project to Fox’s family film division, is attached to produce.

“Unleashed” is a physical comedy about a dog who finds himself transformed into a man and enters the life of a single mother and her kids.

Pic would be the third film Foxx has done for Fox, following “The Great White Hype” and “The Truth About Cats and Dogs.”

Foxx was repped on the deal by the William Morris Agency’s Spencer Baumgarten, Michael Gruber and John Fogelman
