Neil Dick has been named VP of creative advertising for Columbia TriStar Motion Picture Group.

He reports to Robert Levin, Sony Pictures Entertainment’s president of worldwide marketing.

Dick comes to Col TriStar from CBS TV, where he served as director of movies and miniseries. He was responsible for promotion of such projects as “Mrs. Santa Clause” and “In Cold Blood.”

Before that, he was prexy of advertising for the Samuel Goldwyn Co., where he handled “Big Night” and “The Madness of King George.”
